About

Hi, I'm Nina.

Cultivate. Build. Be found.

The long way around

A practitioner, a leader, and a mom of three.

I've always been the person to slow things down and ask why, much to the frustration of my parents. (I'm the oldest. It tracks.)

It's not because I love to push and challenge, okay, who am I kidding, I was born to lead, but because I want to understand how things work. Even more, I want to know how every. single. thing. is connected. That's especially true inside a business or organization.

That curiosity, plus a whole lot of tenacity, has shaped a twenty-year arc in communications. I studied Organizational Management and Christian Leadership at Colorado Christian University, with a minor in Psychology and a certificate in Biblical Studies. Which is a fancy way of saying I've spent a long time studying how people think, how organizations move, and how stories shape both.

A decade of communications work came first. Then nearly five years as a national speaker. Ten years leading teams inside the church. Nearly five years as Senior Marketing Director at a multi-campus Christian school, where I rebuilt the website, unified four competing logos into one, and grew brand awareness and engagement 150% year after year. And alongside all of it, three kids, my husband's brands, small influencers, ministries, and the slow accumulation of knowing what actually works when the budget is real and the stakes are personal.

I've helped dysfunctional marketing efforts come together to launch powerful campaigns. I've revived dead-in-the-water digital presence. I've led the work that actually drives revenue.

And before you jump to conclusions, it wasn't by doing more of anything. It was cultivating the ground that every business and organization grows from: brand.

That's why my work today starts with a simple question: what do you want your organization to be known for? From there, we cultivate the foundation, build the presence, and leave you found. Clear priorities, focused decisions, and a path forward you can actually walk.

How I work

A practitioner, not a coach.

01

I diagnose before I scope

I open every conversation by naming what's missing in plain words, before I describe what I'd do about it. You should nod once before you read a price.

02

Plain English, every time

No jargon, no buzzwords, no consultant speak. If a technical term has to appear, the plain-English version goes in the same breath. You'll always know exactly what I'm doing and why.

03

Done-for-you, not coaching

I don't tell you what to do and leave. I sit in the seat, do the work, and hand you something that holds together after I'm gone, with a playbook your team can run.

04

Two clients at a time

I take a maximum of two flagship rebuilds in motion at once. That's a quality commitment, not a marketing line. The work I do for you is the work I'm fully present for.

Let's begin

What do you want your organization to be known for?

Let's start there.
